Winter Lunch Meeting a Success
We had a good turnout for our Winter meeting held on March 8, 2014 at the Lyon's Den near the town docks. Forty-six people attended the lunchoen and meeting. Gary Spaulding from Advanced Onsite Solutions and Pat Tarpey from the Lake Winnipesaukee Watershed Association were the guest speakers. Their presentations centered on the impact of septic system problems on the quality of our water and the new technologies availabe now to homeowners.
In the business part of the meeing, the members approved the allocation of $500 toward the 2014 lake water testing project with the Lake Winnipesaukee Watershed Association and the University of New Hampshire.
Our president will be sending out a summary of the meeting minutes at a later time.
